You will also need a transmission and the suspension.

The wiring is not hard, just a switch you get, just drilling a hole in the dash to mount it is the tedious part.

The list you will need.

If you can, FIND A DONOR TRUCK or someone parting the 4WD version of your truck out on Craigslist.

LIST:
Transfer case w/ 4WD Engage switch (located on the dash in the cab, make sure to get the wires too)
Drive shaft (Both front and rear)
Front Axle out of the donor F250
Front suspension
Mount bar for transfer case depending on year.
