5.4 repairs

What major repairs have you guys made on your 5.4s and at what mileage? I'm at 167,000 and I can feel somethings gonna happen

My fiance's is at 226xxx? I think.
Had an alternator but that's really it as far as I know. Battery and cable end.
It uses a lot of oil. Maybe a qt a month.

I drive a company 5.4l truck. I have done the plugs every 50k and thats it. I am putting a new serpentine belt on it tommorow. It has 280000km. Been great. Its an 08.

Well just had to do a coil pack at 238k miles. #7 which is driver side, next to the back. Fiance left work, said it was running real rough, had a buddy scan it which was weird cause the SES light didn't come on after about 10 total miles worth of driving. But he found which one it was, we swapped it real quick, and good to go. 45 bucks at Oreilly's

My 98 has 321,000 on it. I've had to put two exshausts on it a alt and a PVC vac line and had a plug blow out. Not bad at all for the miles.
