5.4 help

2002 5.4 triton f350. Real choppy idle while sitting at a stop and not a great pickup when getting on it....any help?

possibly a coil pack. mine did that and it was just one of the coil packs. with the truck idling unplug each coil pack one at a time. if this is the problem there will be one or more where when you unplug it, idle doesnt change. unplugging a good one will make it worse

My tranny light also kicked on so...I think this could be the end
