1986 F150 302 4speed Swap

have a 302 in a f150 with 4 speed and its also a 4x4.
I'm gonna be picking up a 1990 351w 5 speed on saturday and i'm getting a pretty good deal on it.
So what am i all gonna need to do this swap?
I have some idea of the parts i'm gonna need, just not quite sure.

Efi 302 4 speed for a efi 351 zf5 speed from a 1990 f250

With a donor vehicle, I think it would be a breeze. I've never done a swap, but from a Ford to a Ford, of the same vintage truck, should be pretty easy.

I don't have a donor truck. Alls I'm getting is engine back to transfer case. Or if I can find one I'm just gonna throw in a 460 with the 4 speed

In that case, you will need harnesses, computers, maybe some mounts etc
