2003 harley/ lightning performance questions

my gramps has a 2003 supercharged harley f150 he wants MORE power from. he wants me to get a list of parts since i am more computer literate.

He wants a new pulley, i am looking at pullys that increase boost 2, 4 or 6 pounds. i am wondering what is recomended for street, and what the stock engine can handle.

It seems to have the most options.

next im looking into a new mid pipe exhaust with o2 delete, then a cat delete and maybe headers.

also a cold air intake.

the maybe looking into a new throttle body.

Get some blower cams, smaller blower pully, cai, throttle body couldn't hut, offroad x-pipe, nice exhaust and some headers. Get it DYNO TUNED, not an off the shelf tuner. My 4.6 stang picked up 30hp at the wheels from a good dyno tune vs off the shelf tunes.
