2004 Expedition

The wife and I have had our expedition for a little over a year now. I told her I wasn't going to mess with it but im bored and can't leave it alone any more!! Aiming towards fuel economy. It's got the 5.4 in it and gets about 15-16 mpg mostly city. So what's good? I see throttle body spacers advertised alot. Do they work? What other bolt on are good besides tuning?

i had a F150 with the same engine and did intake, exhaust and a tuner and it made a huge diff in power and MPG....

i would at least start with an intake and a tuner... she may or may not like the exhaust because it will get louder

Haha!! She already said if its any louder Im done messing with it and she aint driving it!!
