f150 rocker panels?

are the newer body f150s 97-04 rockers bolt on or weld on? my 2nd gen cummins are weld on, and im lookin to trade it for a superduty, an f150, a silverado or a 2500hd. idc if theyre gas or diesel just need something to get me through high school and workin hard. my cummins is just rusty and i can fix it but. with 235k im not thinkin its worth it or chevy.. no offense. always liked fords. always liked chevy. dodge... ehh not so much.
