97 F250 7.5 Gas motor, ECU issues??

Hey all,

Got a 97 f250 with the 7.5 460 in it. Had some issues, replaced the IAC, EGR, TPS, MAP, O2, still idling high, running rich. No blown fuses, no disconnected wires. Starts good, goes to high idle and runs pig rich. TPS doesn't even seem to work at all. I've heard the ECU's go bad. sound like a candidate?? Motor only has 70K on it...
