351 e4od?

Got a '94 351 with the E4OD, tq is slipping, so I parked and now need to replace the converter, anyone know how many studs that converter has? Any difference between gasser and diesel converters? Also where I can order a decent budget triple disc converter?

Thanks

I would think that they are different from diesel since an E4OD from a diesel will not bolt to a gas block because the bell housing is different. I know the E4OD converter in my 95 Power Stroke was a 6 bolt design.
