seat track width.. Expedition/Explorer

If anyone has an Expedition or an Explorer, no matter the year... I need the measurment between the seat tracks, console width and lenths. I am tring to retro newer bucket seats into my 88 f350. The previous owner made a square plate to mount the seats to... the seat tracks would mount to the plate as if it was mounted to the orginal brackets.

Again, I need the measurments of center to center of the seat tracks themselves and lenth of seat the seat track ( where the back bolts mount ) also the lenth and width of the console.
