odometer problems 96 ranger
i was driving last night and i noticed that the miles werent counting anymore but the speed-o still is,do any of you know whats the problem?

I would start by pulling the instrument cluster out and inspecting. I bet one of the little plastic gears gave out. Should be able to find a good, used replacement cluster at a junk yard for under $50.
