Thumbs up 266,790mi All Stock V-10 Excursion... PICS

Thanks for clicking, heres a little info on my Excursion.

Bought in Oct of 2007, It had 83,xxxmi

The following Dec 2008 i was rearended and pushed into another veh. so i up graded to the 05-07 frontend and 2 extra fog lights.

I then added the Cowl Hood and Bull Bar.

I Then decided to add a 6in ProComp Lift with 20in wheels and 37in Tires.

After driving it that way for about 7-8 months i got tired of seeing so many White / Tan colored Excursion, I decided to have it painted the same color as my 2004 SVT Cobra, "DSG" Dark Shadow Gray & I had them add Black Bed Liner to where the Tan was. I also upgraded the wheels to 22in 10LUG Super Singles.

Shaved all the "ford" "excursion" badges

The day it was Finished...

Next plans are 12v Cummins, 6spd, Black Powder Coat 10lug Super Singles for winter months,

one day go a little higher in the air...

It seems these V10's are extremely reliable. I know a guy who works out on a ranch near me, and is damn near close to turning 300k miles on his. He may have by now actually. He claims he's had no major problems out of it either.

rob03svt06, Absolutely beautiful ....

Makes me wish the Excursions were still available.

How reliable do we think the new 6.2 V8 will be compared to the old V10?
