How do I spice up this Ranger?

Hey, one of my buddies just turned 16 and a few weeks ago he bought himself a 2003 Ranger Edge. It's really nothing to look at and nothing special inside except some sub-woofers he wired up. Wanted to come on here and ask for some CHEAP ideas to maybe add a little spice into this little truck, inside and out. Nothing big like,"THROW IN A CUMMINS AND A 40" DOWNPIPE!" Just small things that are each like $10 - $40. I know that's not much of a budget (I couldn't even think of anything) but I'm gonna help him with this so I'd like to keep my wallet somewhat full as well. Any cool suggestions will be appreciated.
Also I don't mean JUST things we can buy. Ideas for cheap things to rig up would be nice as well. Access to tools and a shop is no problem and I'm experienced in welding and wiring, we just need ideas.

No really................. I may be going a little over your budget here, but these are a few "cheaper" mods I can think of.

Window tint
HID's (DDM has some reasonable, quality kits)
VHT Nightshade the tail lights / 3rd brake
LED all the int. lights (makes a HUGE difference, IMO)
Go to a ranger forum and find some free mods (like the PS's have....ie. fog light mod, high idle mod, zoodad, ect.......)

crank the tortion bars to level it out. take some wire mesh and put it over the fog lights, paint all the faded grey plastic black. night shade those orange side marker lights, he can do the headlights like guys do to make them the harley style i did that. then theres the airbox mod ie. zoodad, foglight mod, pull the dash apart and do led's behind all likes and change that green color to blue or something nicer.
