SCT for 2009 F 150 with 5.4?

My dad has an 09 F150 4x4 automatic with the 5 4 and he would like to get some more driveablity and power, MPG out of her. Would an SCT be the best choice? Thanx for any help.

SCT would be a great choice, I have one that will work on his truck, it runs $379.00 and I have them in stock.

Very nice. I'm interested. What kind of mpg and power can be expected on the 5 4? Does it help with smoothing out the shifts? And do you guys send the unit with the tunes installed?

MPG varies by truck and driver, 1-2 is average. It will make shifting better, firm it up a bit and this unit comes with pre-loaded tunes for this truck.

Would an intake further help with performance? Which do you recommend? Do you carry them as well for the 150?

I like the S&B intakes as the prices are the best and yes they will help, I can get you anything you want for your truck.
