Ford Ranger Needs New Air Deflector

So a friend smashed up the plastic air deflector/spoiler underneath my girlfriends 03 Ranger by hitting a guard-rail (avoiding a bunny rabbit on ice ) and I now have to find a replacement. Its a 2003 XLT with the 4.0L and the part, more specifically, is the plastic air guard underneath the front bumper into which the fog lamps mount.

Anyhow, I am looking for a new one and I have gotten sick of chasing it down on internet... anyone have a good place to look/what the thing is actually called? I really don't want to go to Ford up here, have had too many disappointments/frustrations dealing with em.
