Superchips error HELP 4 My son PLZ

Hey
I have the 1715 tuner for my sons truck . When I click on fuel is disabled and ckick yes I hear a few beeps then Its giving me a error code of CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS .
All the fuse that need to be removed have been taken out. The truck does have the anti theft devise on it from Ford maybe thats it ?
Any info would be great

antitheft preventing it from working? thats what i have seen. take it to a dealer and get them to disable it.

I had the fuel relay fuse out and not the fuel pump . Anti theft was ok ...
