best tunes for 5.4

Hey guys. I know i'm gonna hear about this, but i bought an 01 F150 s-crew king ranch. This thing is near mint condition. I just didn't need a diesel for right now but i did need the crew cab. In the mean time i would like to get some better mpgs and better shifting out of this thing. What do you guys recommend for a tuner? i would prefer custom tunes, but i would consider canned tunes if they were decent.

I know power hungry performance makes tunes for them, and maybe even dp-tuner.

I was looking at PHP's already. I found that guys on the f150 forums seem to recommend them as well. Also seems like those guys prefer superchips as far as canned tunes go.

We offer the Gryphon programmer (as well as the SCT X3) for the F-150. The Gryphon uses Edge's hardware (so it has all the cool features like the gauges and dash-mounted pod); the difference between the Gryphon and Evo is that we can custom tune the Gryphon.

Feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions.
