08 F250 Harley Davidson Limo

I thought you all might like to see this, every year a bunch of us get together at christmas, and ride around in a limo, look at christmas lights and...well... do some boozin. I'm the guilty party who makes the arrangements. Well i found a killer ride this year, a 08 F250 HD custom stretch pickup, 38' long to be precise, no diesel, but it does sport the V10, so i put the thread here.

Check it out

I was a little surprised and disappointed when he fired it up for me and there was no clattering. I have better pictures of it somewhere, but it really is impressive to see

Sweet!

2 years ago I won a fundraiser thing at school and they had a stretched H2, with dual rear axles.

Don't worry, the phasers will go out of it soon enough and it will be louder than a 6.4

Actually, although the V-10 3-valve engines are basically a 5.4L V-8 3-valve with 2 extra cylinders and a balance shaft on the left cylinder head, the V-10s don't have have phasers or VCT solenoids like the V-8s do. That's right, they use a fixed cam with a conventional cam sprocket just like the previous generation 2-valve cousins. They do have pretty good power though.

To the poster that is disappointed that a V-10 powers this ride, I think it's due to the fact that it's a limo, which is geared to a completely different demographic. In other words, I don't think the majority of users/riders will find it very appealing to hear a diesel "clacking" away while they're being chaufered.
