'78 F150 Leaf Spring Question
Has anyone here replaced or upgraded their leaf springs? I'm trying to find out 1) how hard it is to add a single leaf to the cluster and 2) how hard it is to remove the old cluster and add a new cluster. Does anyone have any tips or a write-up? As always... THANKS!

im assuming you are talking about an add a leaf. Its fairly straight forward. you'll need the new leaf and a longer center pin. remove the old center pin(vice grips and wrench, or maybe a torch) the leave pack should come apart. install the new leaf where it goes in the leaf pack. you can use a c-clamp to compress the leaf pack. install the new center pin.
