04 expedition weird noise

wife's exp makes almost a metal on metal sound when she lets off the brake which seems to sound like it's a rotating sound we just got the alignment done at the dealer recently. other than that it runs tip top. She's got 47,500 miles on it. I also noticed a shiny spot on the inside of the drivers side dust cover as if rotor was hitting it any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

UPDATE: I think I found the problem[IMG][/IMG]
Can anyone tell me what part I need to fix this or how to describe to the dealership if necessary? (Passenger side on the four wheel drive unit closer to the wheel)
