How much you think its worth? 1996 mustang gt

i was wondering what a fair price would be for a 1996 mustang gt with 129k on it with gt 40 heads, T5 transmission, New centerforce dual friction race clutch, short throw shifter, Black Leather interior, BBK Headers and X pipe, Flowmasters, 2003 cobra 17 in rims, flip out dvd player, 2 12" subs in the back and a 2000 watt amp, and brand new tires. its a clean car with no rust. just lookin for a general idea

its a 96 with GT40 heads? i didnt think they made gt40 cammer heads. unfortunately the 96 is the redheaded stepchild of the mustang world, not the mighty 5.0 or the DOHC cobras... 4500-5500 depending on how clean, but its tough to say without pics.
