Looks like I'll be joining you florida boys soon.

Like a I just went and jumped both feet into a situation.

My brother and I (50/50) just bought a restaurant/bar down there in Hernando county. We'll be coming down second week of February, and hope to have it open for business within a month or two.


Once we're open, I'll have to pick a day and do a GTG.

Sorry for dragging up an old thread, but how is (did) this working out for you?

well, got down there, and the place was a dive. (the person that went to look at it for us should get their eye's checked)

It was supposed to be a turn key restaurant, but turned into a complete gut and rehab of building, plus re equip the restaurant. Needless to say, we had funds for a turn key, but the gut and re-equip is turning harder than expected.

We're still moving forward, but we have to see how things go. We may have to let it go at some point, but we're still fighting and selling stuff trying to make things work.

Well, we're at a cross roads. We've doen alot, but about at the end of funds. Have to come up with something for teh rest of the way.
