Best Dealership Ever!!

Hey Powerstrokers,

I wasn't sure where to put this, but I figured this was as good a place as any...

My truck is just about to hit 25,000 miles and my alternator kicked. Well I caught it early enough when I noticed improper voltage from my gauge and ran a load test. So I took the truck in to Suncoast Ford in Port Richey, FL and man were they awesome!

First they knew I was coming 30 miles from the office to continue my business with them (bought the truck from them) and knew I was on a tight schedule. Then since I had to be right back to the office, they gave me a loaner vehicle to use until I would get the truck back. Got a Ford Escape (not a bad little thing) and free gas for it. So they call me the next day and tell me they should be done with it later in the day due to being a bit behind. I said no problem and thanked them for the courtesy call. Then I get there and return the car to them and they apologized for the delay by giving me a free alignment!

These guys are great and I believe have recently come under new ownership. I am in the process of writing them a great letter and encourage anyone around the bay area that needs a great experience to go to Suncoast Ford! If you need any (and I mean ANY) work done at all just contact the service manager, Santos. Great guy, very smart, and knows a good bit about the 6.0

Have a great night guys

Sergio

Wish VA dealerships were that nice to deal with.
LIKE.......get in line..... we will get with you when we can.
N.C. dealerships are so much nicer to deal with.
I see another visit coming soon...
