TS Fay

Hey all! Just wanted to see how all the Florida members are doing while big fat Fay is pounding us with all this rain and wind.

It's been raining non stop here in Longwood since Tuesday afternoon. It's not too bad as I look out my office window in Orlando. Winds around 20, but the freakin rain just keeps coming. It won't be long before some areas north of here start to flood.

Here is a link to the local news article with lots of other pictures and videos for all you folks not from around these parts.

Your right Ricky, as far as Tropical storms go it wasn't so bad. It's the rain/flooding that's killing us up here. There are so many roads still closed from the flooding. They are also saying that as the water drains and makes it's way to the St. Johns river, it will cause the river to over flow it's banks. They say it may take up to 2 weeks for it happen. And now we have Tropical Depression 7 forming and on a similar path. Too early to tell if it's going to hit Florida, but I hope it goes elsewhere.

BTW, I have some pictures and videos to post later too.

Here is a slide show from the local station. This is from the county I live in.
