Angry Ready to Grab My Walther PPK

There she sits....a 2003 6.0 with a baaad engine. Inverness Ford told me that over a year ago...beautiful and white 350 with movable 5th Wheel hitch and all the other Lariat add-ons. Little lady only had 75K on it when I pulled the RV over from Cocoa to Crystal River...it didn't make it up the hill in Inverness...I knew it had a bad injector when I started out the journey.

Now it sits there cause I have been unable to locate someone who can check it out and agree that it DOES have metallic fragments in the oil and really need a completely new engine....that's what the Inverness Ford jerks told me as they left the engine parts from the left side of the head in the back seat and charged me $1500 for the pleasure of it all.

So I dragged it to a nice grassy spot in front of my 33' Excel triple-slide-out.

Well I'm a 80 year old Vet with little income...and just need to find someone who will give me the final "call". Can't afford an engine... Give a four grand for a 2003 Lariat 350 6.0 with a leather interior and low, low miles......

Metallic Fragments in the oil is most likely from a blown up High Pressure Oil Pump... Im not sure the whole engine needs replacing... maybe though.

So, are you selling it for $4,000 or am I missing something?
Where are you located?

I should shut my mouth about $4K. It's in good shape...except for my not really wanting to sell it...yet...

What I hope is that I may get a REAL EXPERT on the 6.0 to call me if they know of anyone on the Gulf between Ocala and Tampa that would stop by or give me some imput about a "free lance" engine man that would give me some advice. I sure miss having it fixed. If anyone nearby wants to call me on possible options, I'd sincerely appreciate it. Mike Cover 352-527-1407 Lecanto FL. Thanks anyone who reads this!

Thanks for the advice...I'll call them. There's also supposed to be some "tricky guys" in Homasassa, down the road from me...but they moved their parts/shop to a nearby location...I'll call them tomorrow also. Thanks!

I don't have any experience with these guys but i have seen them wrote about in the forums. Blackwater Engines If you do need a entire new engine it may be something. Someone with experience with the company may chime in. Here's a bump for ya for help with your problems.

I would like someone to take it off my hands for
$10K. Has "metallic" bits in oil...Might be something easy for a mechanic to solve!

It's almost perfect body Superduty Powerstroke Lariat 350 with engine work needed...75,000 on Odometer. Leather, Tow Pkg., Leather, RV also for sale cheap.

Includes electric RV Hitch. I paid $35K for this 2003 Extended Cab white Peach... which originally listed for $54KL
Call Mike or stop by with cash. 4400 Gulf To Lake Rd. Lecanto FL. 352-527-1407

33' Excel Triple Slideout, Model RKO...paid $40K ...will take for $10K also. Leaving Lecanto for Gainesville and VA Village.

You may want to repost this in the 6.0 general forum too. Don't let a dealership take advantage of you. Wish you would've asked for advice first before you let them retards touch it.

Any Moderator help this guy out to move the post??

Here's a thought but Tuscany on here, pending his work load, has been known to travel to help guys out on here.
