jury summons

Anyone every gotten one before? I would assume I will just get dismissed once they find out my occupation.

From what I've heard it really depends on the case as to weather or not your selected. Good luck though!

If you're active duty, give them a call and inform them as such. They will pull you off the roster, because the military won't release you to serve on it.

Yea that's what I meant. Lawyers don't like officer's on the bench. I've never seen one as a jurors yet this would be a first.

I know if I was a defense attorney I wouldn't want a LEO sitting in the jury box.
