I'm lookin to do an EGR delete, and a clutch here in a few months.

I'm a bit of a shadetree mechanic myself, but I'm afraid that I know just enough to get myself in trouble. I would like to help if possible... I would like to see how everything comes apart and goes back together.

Would you do the work at your place or mine, or do you have some kind of garage space you use?

I use my driveway off of Salford and work from 8am-10pm Monday through Sunday and amazingly do alot of diesel truck work lol. Have you seen me around town? Big green dually with 6" stacks? What kind of EGR Delete did you want to go with just the plate or a FULL delete?? What kind of a clutch?? Stock or performance?? I'm loaded with snap on tools, ac machine, scanner, and a bunch or electric tools and msc stuff.

I was lookin at the RCD full delete, and probably a little bit of a performance clutch. I haven't really looked at too many clutches yet.

I live off of the north side of salford, I don't think I've seen you around though.... Now that I've seen what your truck looks like (your avatar pic), I'll keep my eye out for ya.

Mine is a 350 srw fx4 with a "salt life" sticker in the back window.

North side by I-75? I consantly drive up and down salford lol. I would like a southbend clutch Napa sells performance clutches and they're not bad. If you decide to get one from Napa let me know i get a discount with them and advance. Now with RCDs kit do you have a tunner inplace to get rid of the SES light? Do you know Tim Knotts? He lived right next to pepper. His dads got that o6 with chrome wheels with the big goofy stack.

southbend sounds like the way to go.

i do have a sct tuner, i'd get a tune with the egr deleted.

i dont know the name, but i think i've seen the truck around.


I work in sarasota mostly, so i'm only driving around np on my way to and from work. I'm sure we'll cross paths at some point. So if you see a guy checkin out your truck in a white regular cab diesel with a big sticker in the back w/s, it's probably me....
