Capt Ahab slays Moby Dick

Well that's what you'd thought happened as my 5 y/o told his grandpa about the first fish he caught. It was a bass out of a neighbors stock tank.

Something cool which makes me love living in the country more and more each day. I called my neighbor to see if it was ok to fish in his tank. He gave an enthusiastic "absolutely and have fun with your son".

He's addicted to it. We went Sat, Sun, and twice on Monday. This fish wasn't caught until Monday night. My little guy loves being outside. He thoroughly enjoys fishing and is looking forward to the hunting season as well. He can't understand why we can't just go ahead and get a deer now. That pesky poaching thing keeps getting in the way .
