Pops works for Pradco in my home town, doing sonic welding and injection molding making fishing lures. Pradco owns Rebel, Heddon, Bomber, Cotton Cordell, Riverside, Lazy Ike, Silver Thread, Yum, Gotta Bite, Booyah, and Arbogast, to name a few. They make the hard plastics there in Fort Smith.
Where you from Jake? When your not traveling the world disarming explosive I mean.
Next time you get to Northeastern Oklahoma in the spring, try the pumpback between Locust Grove and Salina, Its part of lake Hudson and you can kill the sandbass and hybrids!

I grew up salt water fishing for flounder in the back bays of the Jersey coast...nowadays when time allows, I go for blues off the Delaware beaches (can't beat fishing on the beach with a beer in hand, truck right with me and Radio Margitaville playing in the background)...I have also gone deep sea outta of Key West 80 miles from Cuba and have caught barracudas, kingfish, a horse-eyed jack and a 1 hour and a half fight with a cobia that I finally landed with an underrated weight line for the size fish I caught!

Want to start learning fly fishing this summer.

Here is a picture from the website of the fish camp I grew up going to.
The two Bass at the bottom of the pic are the two biggest ever caught there.

The one on the left is 15lbs and the one on the right is mine 13lbs-13oz
Yes that is a mud fish in the right hand corner.

For you guys up north...Its a great place to go for a southern fishing vacation.

Whew there are alot of you freshwater guys out here...I'm saltwater all the way.

Main targets: Blue and White Marlin, Dolphin, YF tuna, and speckled trout.
Followup species: redfish, mangrove snapper, red snapper, AJ's, and Wahoo

Then again I am a captain so I guess that's my job

Used to do freshwater as a kid, but now I've been tainted by saltwater to think that all catfish are evil beings that need to be beaten.

man I cannot wait to get back to ohio to fish pymatuning. I need to get my skills back though. It has been years. Love chasing them bass. Lake erie can be a little dangerous. Last few times I fished it storms came up on us really quick and water got pretty rough to say the least.

Gotta love that Largemouth Bass fishin. When the bass aren't hittin, I bring out the ultralight tackle and slay the bluegills. If I'm bored at night I'll try some catfishin, but that gets boring quick....

Well....i guess im gonna be one of the few here to say my main love is ice fishing......something bout driving on a frozen lake gets my hair all stood up on end!! I love tip up fishing for pike....or trout and perch through the ice....

During the Spring/summer/fall i like to fish for any kind of trout, stream, lake, or river......northerns, walleye, perch, largemouth, catfish, drum, goldeyes, sauger, and anything else that will bite!!!!

When i lived in montana we used to take an annual trip each year for paddlefish (sometimes called spoonbill cats) which are a touch to snag freshwater fish that only feeds on microscopic zooplankton.....average size is 30-80 lbs with them going well over 140 lbs at times......most people have never even fished for them!!!
