n-fab prerunner + pole holders

so i had an idea for my surf set up. instead of beating my pvc holders into the sand every weekend, i thought about mounting something like this:

Gander Mountain® > Taco Stainless Steel Clamp-On Fishing Rod Holder Fits 7/8 And 1 Tubing - Fishing > Fishing Accessories > Rod Holders :

onto the pre-runner bumper:

Manufacturers of high quality Nerf Steps, Prerunners, Harley Bars, Light Bars, Replacement Front Bumpers, Rock Rails, Rear Runners, Tire Carriers & Truck Accessories

my only real question is, what size piping is used for the main hoop and bottom bar?

i already shine my headlights into the surf during pre-daylight hours, so i figured this would be the evolution.

i had an nfab prerunner on my f150 and im not sure if itll be the same size but i used a D Cell maglight holder to mount my license plate to the bar. was a snug tight fit and held great. that being said the dcell mag light is supposed to be about 1-9/16" diameter. making it too large for the holder you linked.
