Dinner Tonight.....Yum

Just thought I would post a picture of the 2 salmon I caught today. This is the earliest that I have ever started catching Coho and Pinks of any size. As a fisherman in the Puget sound my entire fishing life revolves around the salmon season. It is so bad that the wife calls herself a Salmon widow. If there is a season open I am fishing.

The one on the right is the Pink and the one on the left is the Silver.

I asked him the same thing and he said no. That pic will involve full dress uni. The salmon on the other hand was delic!!!! On a charcoal grill with some onion a little orange yuuuummmyyyy!!!! I work for a Native Tribe and we had gone up to one of the stops of a Canoe Journey and watched them do salmon on a stick. They tie salmon to the sticks then basically tpee them around an open fire flipping them every so often. Now that is some good salmon!
