I still like a cane pole!

In fact, sprawled on the bank under a tree with the cane pole over my crossed leg, squinting into the sun trying to see the bobber is the BEST fishing.

Best ever is the cheap pink ones at Walmart. Nearly always works and when it doesn't, who cares. It's a cheap pink one from Walmart.

I've got 8 rods and reels, by favorite are the Dobyns and St. Croix. In the process of setting up 2 more configurations so I don't have to keep tying off a new configuration.

My favorite setups are:
Castaway 6'6" topwater rod with a Shimano Curado 200E7, for wade fishing.
Castaway 7' medium action saltwater rod with a Shimano Calutta 200B for drift fishing. I have 5 other setups, but those 2 are my favorites. If i am not working, I am most likely in the bay fishing!!!
