New Rifle - Need Advice

I picked up a New Remington 700 VTR yesterday at the gun show. I need help selecting to rings and mounts. I also need a Bi-Pod.

Model 700™ VTR™

Suggestions?

you kinda need to have an idean of what scope you are gonna put on it before you buy your rings.. id recomend either leupold or burris for the scope they are both made in AMERICA and their warranties are untouchable.. and for the bipod id look at a harris, IMO they are the best.. good luck man..

leupold rings and bases, if you want a decent scope for your mone with a warrenty check out Sightron. I personally run nothing but Ziess when it comes to glass

I don't own one, but a Nikon scope has great optics that I would put up against high end optics and at a fraction of the price. Steiner is my optics of choice.

Nikon is all we use on our guns. One of the dealers we buy from gave us a Nikon and Leupold right at dusk , same power and all, and told us to look through them outside. they are both good but the Nikon was defiitly brighter, and cheaper as well. just my opinion. Nikon rings and mounts also

Sightron has the best glass for the price. I would go nightforce if I had the money (most people dont) but were talking almost double the purchase price of your rifle for those scopes.

I love my sightron.
