hi-point .40 cal carbine

any body have one of these guns a buddy of mine and me are both looking at these guns to carry in our trucks what do yall think?

Marlin used to make a 9mm and .45 caliber Carbine back in the day. Was a lot of fun to shot and of pretty remarkable quality. This literally looks like they just simply added barrel and butt-stock to a pistol. I guess the price is right though.
