Another new handgun(1911)

Found it for cheap. Its an original Springfield Standard. Build date of 1985. First year Springfield made 1911's. Its in pretty good shape with a little wear here and there. I put different grips and trigger on it. The ones it had on it were terrible. I might change out teh grips again though, these ones came of my Dan Wesson and were sittin in my range bag with no home.

Ive never handled a Kimber, alot of people swear by them. Im with ya, GOTTA get to the range. Too bad ammo is soo frickin expensive, Id shoot every week rather than once every month or 2.
