Home defense gun ??

Howdy Ya'll!

I have a question for a home defense weapon..... I cant get a handgun right now because I got a dwi 3 yrs ago and I have to wait 5 yrs until I can apply for a chl.

With that being said, I have a 30/06 rifle and a 20 gauge shotgun but they are more for hunting than home defense. so, I'm wanting to buy something for home defense. what do ya'll suggest??

My dad just got a mossberg home defense 12 gauge with an 18 inch barrel, you might wanna look into that.

Shot gun for sure. I know a lot of people buy/build ARs for home defense, but a shot gun is and will always be the best.

Agreed 100%.

I prefer the shortest barrel legal coupled with a pump 12 gauge of your choice, 00 buck and a pistol grip stock.

Where did he get it from, java?? That's the one w/ the 18" barrel??

..... I plan on buying an ar-15 for fun but shotguns are always best to use at home!
