New Pistol

So i'm probably going to buy a new pistol in the next two weeks and I pretty much have my mind set on either a XD or XDM in probably a .40 but maybe a 45acp. Just trying to see what people have to say about them. I've shot a XDM .40 but i only put about a clip through it so i'm just wondering how people like them longterm.

For a plastic gun, I absolutely love mine.......it's an XD-40, BTW.

Never one issue and it will eat anything I shove into it.

I have an XD40 and LOVE it! its a 4" model, I wish it were a 3" Subcompact for my concealed carry(I am a skinny guy, doesnt hide all that well in light clothing).

I have had several hundred rounds through it and I have never seen it jam or fail once.

I want the tactical 5'' but i'm going to buy used so i'm for about anything but the subcompact.

Just bought a XD .40 4" Use it as my concealed carry and love it. Shop around I only paid $400 with the XD gear and 2 Mags.

Yeah there is a gun show in two weeks near my house so I will hopefully find a good deal then.

I have an XDm in .40. Still waiting to put a few rounds through it. Of all the polymer.40s I've held, the XDm had the best feel, balance and grip. It's a hell of a good deal!!!
