thanks i apreaciate it, second deck I ever built so there was alot of cussing and beer envolved but I think it turned out nice,built this 1 for my mother and father in-law ,now i need to build 1 for me

Just real quick, how much did all the lumber cost? Did you just use 2x6's for joists?

2x10's (just in case) and just the lumber was between $2700 and 3000

but i have some left over that iam building a couple gates with and 1 or 2 other things (thats lumber,screws,and metal,concrete)
