Stacks

I am looking at building a set of 8" straight cut stacks with flappers on the top for my truck. I am going to make the bed kit out of square tubing but what would be the best way to build the actual stacks?

Go buy some pipe, cut it to length and have it powdercoated or chromed.

Oh, and you'll pay through the nose for that square tubing that large...check out my stack thread...i fabed up a bed kit from 5" pipe..

I already have the square tubing the main thing i am worried about is reducing the 8" to 4"

dont reduce it. it makes it look like poop IMHO. this is how i did mine. they are only 6" mitors but the box i made is out of 4x8 tubing.
