My Headache Rack...

Well, i wanted a headache rack for my truck, but the ones out there were either too much or I didn't like them. So, I decided to make one. Got some tube and started cutting and welding.

The outside frame is 3" x 2" .080" wall tube. The inner stuff is 2" x 2" with 1/8" plate for the light bucket.

Here are a couple pics I snapped while it was on the ground, I'll throw some up when it's on the truck in a bit.

Trying to decide if i should finish it with black paint or Rhino line it..... any opinions?

Now you need the rack to have a tire mount over the cab.

Thanks for the compliments y'all. As far as making and selling them, maybe someday, don't really have time right now.

I've been thinking about making a roof rack that ties into it. Still wondering how it would look.
