Help a guy out fabbing a few brackets?

Hey any good welders out there who could fab up some brackets to mount my dual steering stabilizer? I bought the fabtech dual stabilizer and i guess it doesnt come with brackets like the picture shows. Well its been sitting in my back seat for about 6 months now so i figure its time to put it on.

Problem is i dont have any access to a welder or anyone with one. What i do have is access to is a CAD program so i can take measurement and draw up the brackets and create drawings for them all i need is someone with the hankering to do a project. I of course would pay for the materials and shipping but i really cant afford much more than that, so if thats a problem im sorry. If you were close enough to me then i would meet up with you and then that would be no problem but theres not alot of people on here near me unfortunately.

If theres anybody out there who could help a guy out that would be cool and we could discuss the details more in private. Thanks guys

I am trying to get Trevor at PMF to build an opposing kit over on army. His existing SD kit is close to fitting, just needs a few modifications.
