I would like to get from 1" OD to 3"OD most of the stuff I am finding is for the harbor freight crap and what East Wood has. I did find one company but I don't even wanna know what charge per die.

I have a JD2 ( pronounced; JD squared) bender and they have any size you want, prices vary if its a 90* or a 180* die. Their product is top notch!!! All my bends are smooth and the pipe is never crushed. look them up jd2.com

That is exactly what I am making at my work. Those dies are on ebay, so I wasn't to sure on them. Have you had any problems with yours?? Is the fitment good?

JD2 or Pro tools. both are well known popular brands and offer dies in nearly any size up to 2" or so.

i have the pro tools 105HD bender, looks nearly identical to the JD2 model 3 and works the same as well.

smooth bends, no kinks and fitment of all tube i have used is good.

'89 K5 Trail Rig--not at all stock
'98 Jeep ZJ DD-nearly stock
'00 F350 Tow Pig- bone stock.
