Anybody build a fan shroud without a metal brake?

I need to build a simple square fan shroud out of aluminum. However, I do not have access to a metal brake. I have thought about clamping wood together and using a hammer. But the final product will not be the type of quality I would prefer. Any of you done this before or have any ideas?

I've seen people use 3 pieces of angle iron in a press. 2 pieces facing up, 1 down in the middle. ^v^ this is the best picture I can do to describe it. Obviously requires welding or similar. Hope this gives you an idea so you can make your own. Probably scratch it up really bad, so protecting it somehow is a good idea.

If you have a bench, you might be able to use a block of wood, clamp it to your bench, and bend it by hand. Won't give you a sharp bend, but might work out...
