Question Oil cooler fix!!!

Hello my name is Rob, im from Florida and designed an externial oil cooler that works very well and doesn't brake the bank to buy. I had searched various sites when my oil cooler clogged up and only found a select few people that made a kit. The only problem was the ones that I found you had to remote mount the oil filter and remove the drivinglights in the bumper to mount the oil cooler. Not sure about you, but I like my driving lights!!!!

I took it upon myself to design a cooler that still uses the factory filters and put the cooler where it doesn't require removing any of the factory equipment. I now have three trucks in my area using my kit with excellent results. All three truck were experiencing severe oil temperatures, in the 230,s to 250,s, before the kit and are no below the 180,s. That is very good for the extreme heat of Florida.

I had not thought about marketing the kit, but Im sure there are many people with 6.0's that are in need of repair. Ok I have decided to price the kit at $1,000.00 for everything, fabed cooler housing, hydrolic oil lines (2,500 lbs) and a 31 row oil cooler. I have also designed the kit to use two 31 row oil coolers for the people that do extreme towing.

If any of you guys are interested I will send you more info on the kit. Shipping is also offered as well as complete instilation.

How about more detail? What size oil lines? Is the stock oil cooler left in or removed? How are you routing the oil flow (pulling oil from housing to cooler)? How long have your beta tester been using your set-up? What about oil bypass thermostat for those who live in cold climates? Does the oil filter remain in the stock location?

With you being a new member, and your first post, it's kinda hard to jump in on your set-up without more detail, hard facts, and specs.
