Project: v6 Mustang Turbo

Just bought my sisters old car from her. 2001 mustang v6 with 104,000 on the clock. Car has NO preformance mods done to it, just some HIDs, tint, radio, and some 16" cobra r rims with dual exhaust

Just got it mainly as a DD just to keep miles off my truck. Looking to either STS turbo charge it, or a supercharger of some sort.

What you guys think? any other suggestions?

Small blocks are cheaper and more reliable in the long run than aftermarket turbo systems.

Supercharge and turbo it. Also get a big shot of nawz and some 7.5" pistons.

You are deff best off buying a kit of some sort, that way you get everything you need. I've put together a few turbo setups with some friends over the years on our cars (mustangs and f-bodies mostly)

I've never liked the STS kits as the scavenge pump for the oil return off the turbo is a bit of a scare to me. There's nothing cheap at all about turbo'ing a car that is for sure! When I built my turbo setup in my camaro I had $1500-$2000 just in stainless and aluminum tubing!

Now how cool is that! I love to see girls working on their own car and getting dirty.
