Question cummins to OBS swap

Have the chance to pick this 2001 cummins minus the wrecker and anything related to it. has about 200k,the price is $1000 cad
I have a 95 OBS and seeing if this would be a worthwhile project? if its not too bad of one i will then have a spare powerstroke for my 97

So any feedback +,- would be great !

Your talking about swapping a powerstroke in the Dodge right. Of course it can be done but being that this is not a common swap at all I dought it will be too easy! Would love to see it done though if for no other reason then to just piss off Dodge guys. LOL

For $1000..... I'd buy it and try it because you could probably get $1000 for your old running powerstroke so you could pay for the truck and have minimal investment in the project!

i plan on keeping the 95 powerstroke engine and related stuff for back-up for my 97,but even the axles off the dodge must be worth something, also for the hit that this dodge took u would think those air-bags would of popped

I think it would be an awesome project but a huge PITA. wiring, sensors, gauges, tranny plate, motor mounts, spacing, A/C, power steering. but an awesome build!
