tool boxs for 6' bed

im making some boxs for my bed of my truck any one know how to make a hard fiber glass cover for my bed or have one for cheap that i can cut up im really good at glass work and wouldnt mind buildin one i just have never built a bed cover thinkin aluminum tubing with sterfoam mold but thats alot of shaping any one got some better idea or simple way of doing this

Just what u said above, the aluminum frame with styrofome, I used injection foam, but any foam will work. It's a lot of work but for the custom look and features that u can't get from a store bought one it's worth it to me. My tonneau cover lifted in the back and would completely raise up to the roof height of the truck and be used for a bed cap with soft sides. Good luck with the build

thx for input gonna start the caps when get my tanks back from the powder coaters to build it did you use air accu or electric or gas ill post pics when get it done step buy step
