92 F350 Cummins Swap

I just purchased a 92 F350 in amazing condition but i wanna swap out the 351W for a 94-98 12V 5.9 Cummins. The trucks 4wd so i plan on keep the drivetrain, transfer case and ZF5 in it. So what all do i need for this swap and where can i find it? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help guys. Would anyone have a different specs on a ZF5(gas) and ZF5(diesel) transmission? i was thinking they would be close if not the same since its the same transmission that got bolted to 460's of that year.

IIRC the 460s and the diesels were the same but the small block was different. JJ
