BBQ Pit

So, the boss came up to me last week and asked me if I could build a bbq pit for him by next Thursday. He wants to be able to smoke about 8 briskets on it, so I decided to make a trailer pit out of a 500 gallon propane tank.

I got the tank last week and have been working on it everyday since this pit needs to be fully functional by Wednesday afternoon.

Here's what I have so far:

Hopefully tomorrow I can get the hot-box finished and start burning wood on it by the afternoon.

Well we started on the hot box today.
I still have to put the doors on though.

I got the racks done too.

I need some marshmallows.
I have to burn a fire all night to get that smell out of it.
I hope to get the doors put on the hot box,and all the handles put on tomorrow. Then I have to do the smoke stack and the counter weights put on.
