Wrecker / Tow Truck front push bumper?

One of the tow companies has an OBS truck that hasnt moved an inch in the 2 and a half yrs ive lived here. cpl ppl said the engine is blown.

anyhow, its got one of those huge push bumpers on it, and i got to thinking, if i got it, it might be a good start for an AWESOME bumper?

opinions? anyone seen it done?
